Vinca minor ‘Ralph Shugert’ is an excellent ground cover plant that produces a mat of crisp, dark green leaves each with silver margin and topped by large bright blue flowers.

Spring-early summer flowering. Evergreen shrub. Will grow in sun or shade in most garden soils. Height & spread: 10cm x 60cm (4″ x 24″).
