Hannah Grace creates nature inspired illustrations & patterns which celebrate the natural world. Hannah’s complete and utter love for the earth can be seen in the designs she creates. A plant obsessive by nature, Hannah often uses her work to celebrate all of the weird and wonderful life on this planet. Having started out as a Textile Designer, Hannah now splits her time between illustrating, pattern design & exploring the landscapes that inspire her. Alongside her personal illustration projects, Hannah has had the chance to work with a number of brands & clients to create bespoke patterns and illustration across print, digital and surface design.
