This is a very handsome twining vine with small, very fragrant cream pinwheel flowers. It can cover a fence, trellis, or arbor with a little help, but can also be an effective ground cover or a spiller in a tall pot. Evergreen, lanceolate, glossy leaves are elegant year-round with the occasional orange to dark red leaf to spice things up. Who needs flowers with leaves like that! Amenable to pruning.

Mature size: Slow growing. As a ground cover, it will form a mat 6-12 inches tall and 10-12 foot wide,sending downnew roots as it spreads laterally.If on a structure, it will grow 15-20 feet high.
