A lithophyte native to the bare rock cliffs of the sugarloafs of southeastern Brazil. Easy to cultivate, it forms large cascading clusters. Short stiff yellow-green leaves on a long stem. Lovely white flowers and rose colored bracts are produced on an extended scape. Grows well mounted and makes abundant strong roots. Can be grown just hanging from a string.
