The Tillandsia seleriana has a very interesting appearance. It grows thick leaves that curve and pointed ends that grow facing different directions. The leaves have a very visible silver color at the bottom like the plants bulbous base, then towards the ends, they fade into a deep forest green color. It grows bracts that are a soft shade of pink, and flowers that are the usual deep violet color. This is a very unique looking species that will definitely draw in attention when placed in ones home or garden.
