Look no further than the String of Fishhooks if you want a fun and easy-to-care-for plant that makes you smile.

The string of Fishhooks is a variation of Senecio Radicans, otherwise known as String of Beads. Though the telltale difference is their thick hook-shaped foliage, with a glorious blue-hued appeal.

You can grow this beauty either indoors or outdoors, though make sure you have the right light, especially from above to avoid balding from soil level and water balance. As with its parent, the String of Beads, err on the side of underwatering, and ensure that it has good drainage. Over time, you’ll be rewarded with a curtain of foliage, as the branch-like foliage trail over the edges of the planter.

This marvel can be displayed in a few different ways. Place it in a brightly lit area, trailing off a shelf or choose a spot to hang it. The foliage will radiate outward from its place in a hanger, or if you have the space, you can let it stand proudly at the centre of a table.

Please Note: This plant may be toxic. Keep away from animals and young children.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Follow these instructions to keep your String ofFishhooks healthy and happy.

Water:As this plant is succulent, it stores water in its ‘leaves’. Let the top layer of soil dry out between watering but not too much. Reduce watering schedule in winter.
Light:Loves bright indirect light best, but can handle a little bit of soft, direct sun, avoid midday sunlight.
Humidity: Does not like too much humidity. Average household humidity is good for this plant. Keep it out of the bathroom if there is a shower in the room.
Fertilize:Feed with diluted good balanced organic fertilizer every 2 weeks during the growing season (Spring to Summer) and cut back to monthly in Winter.
