• Temperature: Intermediate to Warm. Maintain a temperature range of 65-85F (18-29C) during the day, with night temperatures dropping to 60-65F (16-18C). A temperature drop is necessary to encourage spiking.
• Humidity: Moderate to High (50-70%). Provide good air movement, especially at higher humidity levels, to prevent bacterial or fungal issues.
• Watering: Follow the classic “wet-dry” cycle. Water thoroughly when the potting medium is almost completely dry, but before the pseudobulbs begin to shrivel. Watering frequency should be reduced during the winter rest period.
