Polemonium Golden Feathers is a beautiful perennial plant that is known for its golden variegated foliage and lilac-mauve flowers. Planting: When planting this plant in the open ground it is best planted with a mixture of your garden soil and a good quality Tree and Shrub Compost. These plants should be fed in Spring and late Summer with a good quality granular fertiliser.
