Care:

Light: Tolerant of medium light to bright indirect light, however too much light can cause brown, crispy tips on the leaves.

Water: Water when the top portion of soil dries out. For best results water from underneath with the use of a saucer to reduce the chance of root rot. Reduce watering during winter months.

Food: Feed monthly during the growing season but not during winter.

Humidity: High humidity will produce a happier plant but will tolerate a normal household humidity. A low humidity will cause brown, crispy tips on the leaves.

• Light: Provide bright, indirect light for optimal pink variegation development. Insufficient light reduces pink coloration, while too much direct sun can scorch the delicate variegated areas and fade the pink tones.
• Temperature: Maintain temperatures between 18-26C (65-80F) for best growth and variegation stability. Protect from cold drafts, air conditioning vents, and sudden temperature fluctuations which can cause variegation loss.
• Humidity: Thrives in moderate to high humidity levels of 50-70%. Higher humidity promotes healthier variegated leaves and prevents browning of pink sections. Use a humidifier, pebble tray, or group with other tropical plants.
• Watering: Keep soil consistently moist but never waterlogged as variegated plants are more susceptible to root rot. Water when the top inch of soil feels dry, ensuring excellent drainage and reducing frequency during winter months.
