Light: Bright, indirect sunlight is ideal for your Philodendron. They enjoy a good deal of ambient sun, but do not favor hot, direct light. Too bright of sun can cause sunburn, fading, and wilting of the leaves and stems.

Water: These plants prefer for their soil to stay slightly moist, but never soggy. Plant in a well-draining potting mix and allow the soil to dry at least halfway down in the pot between waterings to avoid oversaturation.
