Its foliage turns warm beige in fall and persists into winter. This a warm season grass that emerges in the spring.
‘Karley Rose’ prefers full sun to light shade and moderately fertile, well-drained soil. It is tolerant of clay. Plants benefit from being cut back to 3″ or 4″ in late winter before the new growth emerges.
