French parsley ( flat leaf parsley) is a hardy herbaceous biennial plant with aromatic flat sharp-edge looking leaves in bright green colour and it’s widely used for food flavouring. It grows up to 45cm in height and thrives best in sheltered sunny or partial shade position in moist well drained fertile neutral soil. Please note that if flowers emerges in summer (June-July) the parsley leaves become inedible and the plant will die.

When grown in containers we recommend a good quality multipurpose compost is used. Plants should be fed during the growing season with a liquid feed as per the manufacturers instructions.
