Panicum virgatum ‘Cheyenne Sky’ has blue-green foliage that turns wine red in early summer. It forms sturdy 2 tall, tight, vase-shaped clumps that hold up to wind and rain. Panicum virgatum, also known as switch grass or panic grass, is native to most of N. America, excepting the west coast.
