The oxalis purple shamrock is a fairly uncommon houseplant. In fact, it is more commonly used as a ground cover outside. But this dainty plant with dark purple leaves is a beautiful addition to any indoor garden. It is also particularly popular around St. Patrick’s Day, as its distinctive leaves look similar to shamrocks.
