Neoregelia ‘Red Eye’ is a lovely small growing plant with a good shape and great colour. The leaves are green to red with a little orange in between and delicate flecks of red. The centre becoming redder at anthesis/flowering stage. I can find no record of this hybrid on the BSI site, so where it came from, who knows.
