Neillia sinensis var ribesoides is a rarely cultivated, arching shrub, with beautiful, hanging, pink flowers in late Spring. Very hardy, its leaves and stems have similarities to currents. The Chinese Neillia is not fussy to soil conditions and looks great in a border.
