The broad foliage of Miscanthus sinensis ‘Navajo’ starts turning red when the buds form in the spring. During the summer, the foliage will turn towards olive-green and as autumn arrives the foliage will turn fiery red. Doesn’t often flower, but when it does, they are cream-coloured.
June-September flowering. Best in a sunny position in most garden soils. Height & spread: 120cm x 60cm (4′ x 2′).
