Well-behaved upright Lobelia. The hybrid lobelia offers a more clumping perennial than the straight laxiflora. Salvia shaped blossoms with red exterior and golden orange interior bloom in summer. Appreciates some summer water though somewhat drought tolerant once established. Hummingbird magnet.
