RARE variety of our Oregon native Iris with a limited distribution. Gorman’s iris has beautiful tones of yellow and pale pink. Flowers in late April to early June.

Iris tenax cover an important bloom time between the early spring and the summer blooming perennials. These Iris tolerate a wide range of exposure conditions, from full sun to mostly shade, rocky soils to woodland. Their only true requirement is drainage. They do not tolerate soils with sitting water.
