‘Ice Storm’ blooms in July and August; the translucent-looking yellow flowers are shaped like a cornucopia, including the curl! Particularly lovely are the new leaves that have a crazed white patina, evocative of a thin covering of cracked ice. Organically rich soil is its favorite.
