More commonly known as “St. John’s Wort”, Hypericum calycinum is a semi-evergreen ground cover. Its sunny, yellow, disc-shaped flowers in summer tempt butterflies to land for a drink.

St. John’s Wort thrives in moist, well-draining soil, but will tolerate drier conditions and clay soil.
