Harlequin Rasboras

The Harlequin Rasbora,Rasbora heteromorpha, is very stunning nano fish. Reaching a max size of about 1-1.75inch, these fish are a great addition to any community tank. They have an amazing coloration of orange while having a pork chop shaped dark patch toward their tail.

Like most nano fish, the Harlequin Rasbora does best in groups of 10. They prefer to have open space to switch in the aquarium. In nature they come from soft acidic water. Leaves, driftwood and cones come in handy to reproduce their natural habitat. They are very hardy andaccept a wide range of parameters.

We feed these guys a mix of frozen daphnia, baby brine and cyclops, in addition to a mix of Northfin foods.
