This is a bushy, upright shrub with small, dark-green leaves. It bears single, white flowers with green-tinged sepals, in summer and autumn. Best in sun or partial shade in a moist yet well drained soil.

• When planting this shrub in the open ground it is best planted with a mixture of your garden soil and a good quality Tree and Shrub Compost. If suitable for containers then we recommend John Innes No3 Compost or a good quality Multipurpose compost. These plants should be fed in Spring and late Summer with a good quality granular fertiliser.
