The botanical name of this succulent is *Echeveria derenbergii x derosa*. It is known in German as *Echeverie*. The succulent belongs to the genus *Echeveria*, which is part of the Crassulaceae family.

The parent plants of this hybrid succulent are native to Mexico. Echeveria derenbergii x derosa is green with a rosette-shaped growth habit. The flower is yellow, tubular, and arranged in clusters. It blooms between March and June. You will receive a plant in a 6cm pot, with a total height of pot and plant of approximately 8cm. The plant can grow to a height of 10cm to 15cm.
Caring for the Echeveria derenbergii x derosa is relatively simple. A mixture of cactus and succulent soil is suitable as a substrate. The Echeveria derenbergii x derosa does not tolerate waterlogging, so good drainage should be ensured and the substrate should be allowed to dry out before watering again. Generally, this succulent tolerates less water rather than too much. Fertilizing can be done once a month, or every four weeks.
This succulent’s light requirement is met in a sunny location. This means a south-facing window with direct sunlight is best. The optimal temperature is between 20C and 30C. Echeveria derenbergii can spend the summer outdoors after being gradually acclimated to direct sunlight. In winter, the temperature should be around 10C. Furthermore, fertilizing is stopped and watering is reduced. However, this succulent is not suitable for the open ground/garden, or only in summer.
This succulent can be propagated by seeds, but also by leaf and stem cuttings. Echeveria derenbergii x derosa can be poisonous; we cannot guarantee its compatibility with animals.

Please note: Sizes, shapes and ages may vary for plants, as each one is unique. This is especially true in winter or when availability is low. The color also varies depending on the season.
