Features:

• Dryopteris erythrosora is a beautiful and versatile fern that is known for its colorful fronds. The new fronds emerge in the spring with a coppery tint, which slowly matures to dark green. The fronds are triangular in shape and have a bipinnate arrangement.
• This fern is a great addition to shady borders, woodland gardens, and even containers. It is also a popular choice for cut ferns.

Planting : When planting in the open ground it is best planted with a mixture of your garden soil and a good quality Tree and Shrub Compost. If planting in a container then we recommend John Innes No3 Compost or a good quality Multipurpose compost with added John Innes. These plants should be fed in Spring and late Summer with a good quality granular fertiliser.
