A compact form of the Italian cypress as seen on the hillsides of Tuscany. This form has a pencil thin habit and nice fresh green foliage. Avoid a position in strong cold winds.

This conifer is happy growing both in a container as well as the open border. For growing in a container we recommend that you use John Innes No 3 Compost or a good quality Multipurpose compost. For planting in the open border it is best planted with a mixture of your garden soil and a good quality Tree and Shrub Compost. Plants should be fed in Spring and late Summer with a good quality granular fertiliser.
