Cathay Quince Rosaceae

Medium-sized deciduous upright shrub with glossy ovate leaves and white, deep pink tinged flowers. Followed by large edible apple-shaped greenish-yellow fragrant fruit. Excellent for a wall. The fruit are easily preserved and often sit on the ground till February without rotting.
