SIZE: Small 4″-5″

DESCRIPTION: Tillandsia capitata is a species in the genus Tillandsia. It is native to Mexico, Honduras, Cuba and the Dominican Republic. This is one of the easier Tillandsia to care for. Capitata Rubra is known for its beautiful ruby red color, and can grow to be up to a foot in size at their largest, but our current crop is between 4″-5″, which is the size pictured. This particular variety can hold a reddish color year round when given good light levels. This is a great species to add to your collection.
