Tall spires, creamy white, star-shaped flowers and dark strap-like leaves. Flowers May-June. Height 1-1.5m. This bulb prefers a cool shady spot and likes to be kept moist but not wet. Great in woodland setting or shady borders. Works equally well in pots and containers. Slugs and snails tend to leave this plant alone.
