Calathea Princess Jessie has beautiful leaves with a wide band of pink flaring around the leaf edges and a pink central leaf vein. The primary leaf color ranges from dark green to nearly black. The backsides of the leaves are burgundy. It looks similar to Calathea Dottie with Medallion-style leaves but the color is more vibrant. Native to the Amazon rainforests, calatheas thrive in warm temperatures, high humidity and indirect, dappled light. Calatheas are pet safe plants.
