Aster frikartii `Wunder von Stfa` is a unique and stunning herbaceous perennial. This cross between Aster amellus and Aster thomsonii was originally raised in Switzerland in the 1920s by Frikart. It has a long flowering period, up to twice as long as other A. amellus varieties, and is known for its robustness and reliability.

The plant produces masses of large daisy-like flowers with finely cut petals in a beautiful lavender blue color. These flowers bloom from July to October, adding a pop of color to your garden during the summer and autumn months. Best grown in full sun and well-draining soil, this plant can easily reach a height and spread of 1m.
