A compact, fast-growing perennial with bright yellow foliage, Aralia Sun King makes an attractive focal point in any shady garden. The golden leaf color is brighter if grown in partial sun and more chartreuse in full shade. Tiny white flowers rise above the foliage in mid-summer and are followed by purple berries for the birds to enjoy. Sun King was the 2020 Perennial Plant of the Year.
