Our Oregon native Aralia. This herbaceous perennial has an eye-catching, equatorial air about it due to its large compound leaves and clumping habit. In summer, charmingumbels of orb-like white flowers form a fireworks display suspended 2 ft above the foliage. The show continues into the fall as ornate obsidian berries develop. Be sure to provide adequate summer water and rich soil to ensure flourishing. Perfect for planting along the banks of streams. Completely winter deciduous.
