The botanical name of this succulent is *Aloe ‘Pink Blush’*. The synonyms *Aloe cv. Pink Blush* or *Aloe ‘Starfish’* are also frequently used. In German, it is known as *Aloe*. The succulent belongs to the genus *Aloe*, which is classified in the family *Asphodeloideae*. It is a hybrid.
Aloe ‘Pink Blush’ is pink and has a rosette growth form. You will receive a plant in a 8.5cm pot, with a total height of pot and plant of about 10cm. The achievable growth height is 30 cm. Caring for Aloe ‘Pink Blush’: A mixture of cactus and succulent soil is suitable as a substrate. Aloe ‘Pink Blush’ does not tolerate waterlogging, so you should ensure good drainage and allow the substrate to dry out before watering again. Generally, this succulent tolerates less water rather than too much. Fertilizing is possible every three to four weeks.
This succulent needs a bright to semi-shaded location. The optimal temperature is between 20C and 30C. Aloe ‘Pink Blush’ can spend the summer outdoors after being gradually acclimated to direct sunlight. In winter, the temperature should be around 15C. Fertilizing is stopped, and watering is reduced. However, the plant is not suitable for the garden.
