This species is capable of withstanding some neglect due to its unusual, thick, water storing trunks. Native to South-East Asia.

• Also known as Buddha’s Hand, it is commonly kept in Buddhist temples for good luck.
• Leaves are heart shaped and glossy.
• Space saver because of its smaller leaf size.

Growth pattern: Compact, multi-stemmed & bushy.

Water: Little and often. Keep moist but not waterlogged.

Ideal Position: North or east facing

Light: Medium to bright, indirect light.
