Deep burgundy/black/dark green highly texturalleaves spread beneath vertical spires ofsky-blue toviolet in late spring. Glossy, the leaves glint in the sunlight like the riffled surface of a dark lake in winda groundcover mat forms from these spreading, dramatic leafy rosettes.
