Alocasia Blizzard grows well outdoors or indoors. During the winter months, it’s important to pull back on watering as Alocasia plants do tend to go dormant during this period. It is quite normal for an Alocasia to shed leaves during the winter, so don’t worry — when spring arrives you’ll be rewarded for the wait with new foliage!

This plant prefers a well draining soil that is rich in organic matter. Allow the soil to dry out almost completely before watering, taking care to not allow it to sit in excess water. Provide your new Alocasia with plenty of medium to bright indirect light.
