A vigorous erect variety, late season, ripening mid-late August. Produces good crops of very large berries that are firm and light-blue in colour. The fruit is one of the largest produced by any blueberry cultivar. Excellent tart flavour. Darrow is a consistent high yielder when pollinated with other varieties & is fully hardy. The long bell-shaped spring flowers are white with a tint of pink & are produced in large clusters – three quarters of which will produce fruit. Leaves turn stunning shades of orange in autumn
