Fuchsia ‘Genii’ is a hardy, deciduous shrub that produces small, single flowers with up-curved, cerise sepals, complemented with reddish-purple petals. The foliage is bright, yellow-green. It is a popular choice for gardens and containers, and is known for its long blooming period from early summer to autumn. It is not drought-tolerant, so water regularly during the summer months. Fertilize once a month during the spring and summer with a balanced fertilizer. In the autumn , cut back the plant by one-third to encourage new growth.
