Curry plant | Helichrysum italicum. Bushy evergreen subshrub with woolly stems and aromatic, silver-grey to yellowish green leaves and everlasting dark yellow flower heads. Can be used to flavour stews and and other cooked food with a mild curry flavour. Height 60cm. Full sun. Also looks great planted in a mixed border.
