Samphire | Salicornia europaea. An increasingly popular herb that is normally found growing wild on salt marshes. Especially good with fish and lovely with a gin and tonic. Also great for salads and for pickling. Best planted in bright sunny position perfect for pots and containers. Height 10cm. If you like your samphire super salty just water once a week with salty water by adding rock or Himalayan salt to water. Do not water other plants with this though!
