Excellent for container gardening, this guava produces dark red, delicious fruit that arrives throughout the summer months. A strong grower with shiny leaves, it tolerates dryness in both the soil and air. Fruiting starts at about 3′ after which time its height can easily be maintained with judicious pruning. Self-fertile.
