Philodendron billietiae has elongated, heart-shaped leaves with colorful orange stems. The surface of the leaves feels velvety to the touch. It grows best in bright, indirect light with high humidity and temperatures above 60F. Feed with a balanced fertilizer monthly in the spring and summer when its actively growing. Provide a moss pole for the aerial roots to attach to. Large specimens are very impressive.
