Winter Vine. This variety is a winter squash that will produce between 5 and 8 squash per plant. Fruits will weighbetween 15-40pounds apiece, with a beautiful deep blue color to the flesh. The skin of this variety is tough, but once you cut through it the flesh is meaty, thick, and well worth the effort. It keeps remarkably well, lasting several months and often into early spring if stored properly!
