By happy circumstance, we noticed a particularly attractive Arctostaphylos seedling pop-up in our garden circa 2014. We moved it to a spot with more space and have enjoyed it since. Of suspected parentage Arctostaphylos patula ‘Siskiyou Pink’ and Arctostaphylos x Austin Griffiths. Heavy bright pink bloomer and clean winter foliage.

Leaf takes after its A. patula parent with olive-toned foliage.

Mature size: unknown, so far 6 ft T x 8 ft W

Minimum temperature: 0 F

Not recommended for hot and humid climates.
