Starlight is a strikingwhite and green variegated cultivar of the Weeping Fig. Slow growing but one of the prettiest plants you can own and a real little eye-catcher when mature, typically reaching only a metre tall. Give it plenty of bright light and watch her reach for the stars.

Ideal forbeginner plant keepers or beyond.

Light Requirements: Bright Indirect Light – partial full sun. Bright light is essential to maintain the gold variegation on the leaves.

Moisture & Soil Requirements: Prefers evenly moist soil with good drainage in warm seasons – never soggy soil. Relatively thirsty but adaptable for most conditions

Growth & Nutrients:Tree / shrub in shape.Suits medium-larger apartments or homes and large gardens away from water pipes due to their aggressive root system. Very easy to shape and prune, common topiary and bonsai species. Feed with a general-purpose fertiliser for containers from the start of spring each year to autumn when growth slows down.

Temperature, Humidity & Ambient requirements: Prefers warm, humid environments inside and adaptable for nearly any situation. Grows well outdoors in frost-free Northern NZ.

Toxicity: Toxic to pets and people. Don’t let anyone or anything eat this. Avoid skin contact with sticky white sap when pruning.
