Euphorbia ‘Bonfire’, also known as “Cushion Spurge”, is an evergreen perennial with fiery color all season long. The green, purple, orange, and red foliage has bright yellow blooms in the late spring. The foliage continues to deepen to burgundy in the summer and fall.

Euphorbia polychroma ‘Bonfire’ must be planted in very well-draining soil and should not be overwatered making this a great plant for rock gardens and containers. ‘Cushion Spurge’ wants full sun as the undergrowth tends to be green where the plant gets less sun. Euphorbia is deer and rabbit resistant due to the sap.

Note: Wear gloves if cutting back, as the milky white sap of Euphorbia can be a skin irritant.
