Carex testacea ‘Indian Summer’ is a clump-forming, grass-like perennial whose fine, olive green leaves take on wonderful copper to orange tone as the season progresses. It is suitable for containers as well as the border.

Carex ‘Indian Summer’ prefers sun to light shade and average to moist, well-drained soil. Best color is achieved in sun. It is drought tolerant, once established.
