Calylophus berlandieri ‘Butter Cream’ is covered in pale butter-yellow blooms from spring through early summer, attracting butterflies and hummingbirds. Native to south central United States and northern Mexico, its natural habitat is dry rocky grasslands in full sun.

These sun drops grow to about 12″ tall and up to 2′ wide, with narrow delicate green leaves that stay green all year. They thrive in containers or sunny gardens and are drought tolerant.
