Hydrangea paniculata Grandiflora This is a large shrub with a bushy like habit. It has large panicles of small white sterile florets which gradually turn pink towards autumn.

This is a deciduous plant so will lose its leaves in the late autumn/winter. New shoots will appear in the spring
